Hello tsadjatko , Yes Avocados are super Healthy! Yes I have dealt with the supermarkets quite a bit. I personally take the initiative to talk with them about Produce and adding organic choices. Believe or not they do listen, if people will speak up to the supermarket stores they would be surprised how much they actually do want to please their customers. I hope everyone talks to the Managers at their local grocery stores. :))
HI
not something we get a lot of in our stores unfortunately, but I like you recipe and willl give it a try when I can
cheers
Some of nature's best bounty, avocados. Delicious sounding recipes using one of my favorite ingredients. We used to live next door to an avocado farm in Florida. Fresh fruit everyday! yum.

Avacado are so good for you! I can't understand why the grocey stores put them out like apples or oranges - they spoil so fast in the open - if they would simply refrigerate them they would be able to sell many many more - my grocery store throws out more than they sell, but they never learn.
